In Portugal we started this year with days of very low temperatures, alternating with days of heavy rain. Perfectly expected at this time of year...
In the real estate market, the 'cooling down' in demand has continued since the winter of last year, mainly caused by the abrupt rise in interest rates from mid-2022, in response to the increase in inflation rate. However, in the final stretch of 2023 and at the beginning of the year, Euribor is already showing signs of wanting to reverse its upward cycle, which, together with a stabilization of the volume of transactions in the residential sector, could make us think that the worst phase in the market has passed...
In this edition we have to share with you: (i) four properties recently launched on the market, (ii) the usual analysis (this time very brief) of the current situation of the real estate market, (iii) four apartments, located in Porto, with large housing areas, and (iv) suggestions for leisure activities during the winter.
