This beginning of the year challenges us to choose who we want to govern us over the next four years. On March 10th we have an appointment with the polling stations. In recent weeks, amidst the usual 'sound bites' from the leaders of the various political parties in the electoral race, I fear that too much time has been wasted discussing governability and the possible alliances that will make it possible, to the detriment of the full presentation of the program and measures that each political party recommends for our society. In this edition of our newsletter we wanted to investigate and share with you the measures proposed by the main parties to overcome what everyone recognizes to be a housing crisis in Portugal.
But we have more to share with you: (ii) apartments recently launched on the market, (iii) homes with good outdoor areas and (iv) an article with suggestions on how to make the most of the month of March that is just around the corner.
And don't forget to make decisions: vote on March 10th to elect who will governs us... and talk to us at any time if you plan to sell and/or buy a property.
