Client/Buyer qualification meeting: we seek to understand and carry out an initial analysis of the Client's objectives and the characteristics of the property he intends to acquire, as well as assessing the Client's capabilities and needs in terms of his financial liquidity, financing needs and deadlines to materialize these resources.

Prior market analysis: we consult the market and evaluate the possibilities of investment/purchase of the required property.

Investment strategy report: we report to the Client our conclusions and guidelines regarding (i) possibilities of successful investment/purchase, (ii) financial resources necessary to achieve it, (iii) the phases in which the process should be carried out, and (iv) human and material resources necessary to carry it out.

Investment financing: if there is a need to obtain a bank loan, we introduce the Client to our specialists in real estate investment financing.
Property sale
